All orders are promptly processed and shipped out from our fulfillment center between 1 to 2 business days. However, if you've placed an order outside of the US, please understand that there may be a delay of between 3 to 8 weeks before your order arrives depending on your destination country.
If your order has been impacted by these delays, we strongly encourage you to follow up with your local post office. A large portion of delayed orders are due to the country's post office, and they will be able to provide you with the most updated information.
