***Impact On International Shipping During COVID-19
Unfortunately, we are not immune to the impact COVID-19 has had on shipping and logistics around the world. Flights in and out of the US have become less frequent. Plus, local shipping services in numerous countries are lacking manpower. Some countries are also quarantining all packages for 2 weeks.
This severely impacts the shipping duration for international orders. As the pandemic situation improves, we're looking forward to having these unexpected delays resolved soon.
All orders are promptly processed and shipped out from our fulfillment center between 1 to 2 business days. However, if you've placed an order outside of the US, please understand that there may be a delay of between 3 to 8 weeks before your order arrives depending on your destination country.
If your order has been impacted by these delays, we strongly encourage you to follow up with your local post office. A large portion of delayed orders are due to the country's post office, and they will be able to provide you with the most updated information.

Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Spain, and South Africa are currently shippable, but please expect a delay in shipping.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout (all orders are entitled to free shipping unless otherwise stated in the checkout page).
Shipping within the US takes approximately 7 to 8 business days.

Customs & Import Charges
International customers are responsible for any import and customs-imposed duties and taxes in the destination country. We are unable to refund said duties and taxes on international shipping.
Before making a purchase, we recommend checking with your local customs authorities for current charges before making a purchase from us to prevent any unwanted surprises.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 60 days after your order is placed, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning item, shipping costs will have to be paid for and covered by you.
If your purchase is an international order (shipped to a country outside the US), we are unable to include any shipping fees associated with your order. Our 60 day moneyback guarantee only covers the amount paid for the product, excluding shipping fees for international orders.
Once we have received the returned goods, your refund will be processed within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that the bottle(s) returned must not be damaged.
