Independent 12-Week Clinical Study

The AlphaCleanse study results are in.

In a 12-week study conducted by independent research lab Citruslabs, 40 adults aged 40–65 took AlphaCleanse daily. Here is what happened to their digestive comfort, energy, and liver-associated blood markers — reported exactly as measured.

Digestive & Fatigue Outcomes

Improvements that grew stronger every month

Two validated questionnaires — the Gastrointestinal Symptom Rating Scale (GSRS) and the Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory (MFI) — were completed at baseline, week 4, week 8, and week 12. On these scales a lower score means fewer symptoms or a better rating, so every result below is an improvement — and each was statistically significant versus baseline.

Digestive symptoms (GSRS)

Liver-Associated Blood Marker

A measurable change in the bloodwork

Participants were blood-tested at baseline and week 12. A statistically significant improvement was observed in alkaline phosphatase — a blood marker associated with liver health — which fell from an average of 86.6 to 77.4 IU/L. Other liver markers (ALT, AST, albumin, bilirubin) did not change significantly over the 12 weeks.
